- Customer Data: any information you upload, import, or process through the platform on behalf of your own clients, leads, and contacts, which may include their names, contact details, and engagement history.
- Marketing preferences: your choices about receiving newsletters, promotional messages, and other communications from us.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages and screens you view, features you use, links you click, the dates and times of your interactions, and the actions you take within the platform.
- Device & technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type and identifiers, screen resolution, language settings, and referring or exit pages.

8. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with additional rights, including the right to know what Personal Information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information. 9. European & United Kingdom Rights

10. SMS & Email Communications Consent

Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. We honor opt-out requests promptly and do not require you to consent to marketing as a condition of using the Services.
